Trizer is adept at Human Resource Management, with over 8 years’ wealth of experience. She is well versed with HR Strategy formulation and implementation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Shared Services, Industrial Relations, HR Compliance Audits, Employment related documentation, Job Analysis, Occupational Health and Safety related issues and Payroll Administration. Previously, she has held leadership and management roles in Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, Government and BPO industries in both local and international companies.

She possesses a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from JKUAT, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from U.O.N and she is a certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K). Trizer also successfully participated in FKE’s nine-month Executive Training on Female Future Leadership Development Program (Leadership Development, Rhetoric, Board Competence & Board Practice) in 2018. Lastly, she is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Managers (IHRM).
